Where work stands now
We begin with the facts: what changed in your work, income, confidence and decisions, what is already working, and what needs your attention first.
A good next move has to make sense on paper and in the life you are living. The programme brings together personal understanding, career or business decisions and practical preparation.
We begin with the facts: what changed in your work, income, confidence and decisions, what is already working, and what needs your attention first.
You consider returning, changing, progressing and building a business without assuming the most obvious option is the right one. We test the practical reality as well as the appeal.
You put clear language around what you know, the value you bring, the pay or price you need and the boundaries you no longer want to negotiate away.
You plan the hours, support, finances, routines and safeguards needed to make the next move workable beyond the first burst of motivation.
You take manageable, visible action. Depending on your route, that may mean an application, a conversation about promotion, networking, testing an offer or selling more consistently.
You leave with a 12-month plan for settling into the change, measuring progress and continuing to grow without rebuilding the same pressures in a different form.
Your First Move is a five-class introduction taught by Natalie on Zoom and in the Facebook group. You receive a participant workbook, starting-point checklist, practical scripts and career or business exercises to build skills evidence, draft professional wording, prepare a conversation and write a 30-day action plan. The final class includes a group Q&A about applying the teaching. You will also hear about the paid programme so you can decide whether further support would be useful.
The paid programme works across the whole decision over 12 weeks. It adds live coaching, personal feedback, a private session and separate resources for returning to work, changing careers, progressing and building a business.
