Educational purpose
This website and Your First Move provide general coaching education and reflection tools. They are not therapy, healthcare, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice or crisis support.
Your safety and decisions
You decide whether and how to use the information provided. Pause any exercise that does not feel appropriate. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services or a specialist service from a safe device.
Programme suitability
Participation in paid coaching is subject to a fit-and-safety conversation. She Takes the Chair may recommend another form of support if coaching is not suitable at that time. Acceptance, dates, payment terms and programme conditions are confirmed in writing before payment.
Intellectual property
Website and programme materials are for your personal use. They may not be copied, resold, taught, distributed or published without written permission.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Details may be updated as the programme develops; changes do not override terms already agreed in writing for a paid enrolment.
