Quick Exit leaves this site. It does not clear your history.

Make a plan for your work.
Then put it into practice.

For women rebuilding after difficult or controlling relationships: choose your next career or business direction, prepare the words and tools you need, and practise taking action with support. You do not need a business idea.

One programme. Your direction.

What the work looks like for you.

Choose the examples and resources that match your situation. These are things you will work on together, not promises of a job, promotion or income.

Returning to work or changing your career

  • Choose a realistic role or progression goal around your skills and circumstances.
  • Build an evidence bank for your CV, profile and interviews.
  • Practise explaining your experience and asking for the pay or boundaries you need.
  • Use your personal review for a CV or professional profile, then plan your next applications or conversations.

Starting or developing a business

  • Define who you help and one clear service you can offer.
  • Work through price, scope, income needs and available time.
  • Practise describing your offer and having client conversations.
  • Use your personal review for an offer or business message, then plan how to test it.

Both routes include decision-making, boundaries and a personal 12-month plan. See the six stages of the programme.

What you are paying for

Practical support for the change you want.

It adds teaching, conversation, feedback and resources for the route you are actually taking. A woman returning to employment needs different practical help from a woman growing an established business.

Starts 1 October.
We talk before you pay.

Before enrolment, we have a confidential conversation about what you want, whether coaching is appropriate now and whether the programme is a sensible fit. You do not need to tell your whole story.

The founding price is £750 for the first three cohorts, payable in full or in six monthly payments of £125. The price will increase after the third cohort. You receive the dates, inclusions and programme terms in writing before deciding. An enquiry does not commit you to joining or paying.

Enrolment is currently closed. The weekly session time, timezone and full joining arrangements are still to be confirmed.

Before you decide

Your questions, answered.

Is this for me if I want a job, not a business?

Yes. Returning to employment, changing careers and seeking progression are all part of the programme. You can follow the career route throughout and use your personal review for a CV or professional profile.

What does the paid programme add to the free classes?

The free classes help you prepare one first move. The paid programme adds 12 weekly group coaching calls, a private session, a personal work review and resources to help you carry out a wider change. You can join the free classes without committing to the paid programme.

How much time should I set aside?

The programme includes a 60-minute group call each week, plus exercises and action between calls. The amount of independent work depends on your chosen goal. Session times and the private-session arrangements will be confirmed before enrolment.

How do the monthly payments work?

You can pay £750 once or choose six monthly payments of £125, totalling £750. The monthly option is a fixed payment plan, not an ongoing subscription. Instalments continue beyond the 12-week teaching period. Completing early or stopping attendance does not itself cancel remaining payments; applicable cancellation and refund rights still apply.

Where do I access teaching and materials?

Classes take place through Zoom and the programme Facebook group. The workbook and recordings are shared in the programme group. You will need access to both platforms. Recording arrangements and how long materials remain available will be confirmed before payment.

Do I have to talk about my relationship?

No. You can focus on the work decisions in front of you. Please do not post sensitive personal histories in the group: a private Facebook group cannot guarantee confidentiality.

Who will I be working with?

Natalie Jane leads the programme. Read about Natalie and her approach. Coaching provides structure, practice and feedback; it cannot guarantee a job, a particular income or a business result.
